Since its establishment, emmemobili has become a synonym for the top handmade wooden furniture in Italy.

The emmemobili series was created by the Tagliabue family in the 1980s. Tagliabue was founded in Cante ù in 1879. At the beginning of its establishment, Tagliabue has already manufactured high-quality measurement furniture and multi-layer panels for the aerospace industry. The cooperation with outstanding architects and rich design and production experience meant that the company was able to win the design award of Milan triennial in 1930s. At present, the company is managed by the fourth generation of family members, who have unique taste in international trends, innovative design and high-quality customized products. Technology and materials in each individual production process, we can guarantee the highest quality of the process.

For curved plywood, the light wood is covered with resin and glue, and is carefully placed in the mold, which is designed according to the shape we expect to shape. Then there is the first stage of heating and die casting, so that the wood can be molded in the desired shape. Then, a numerical control machine begins to process these parts, which are finally finished by hand. Finally, various parts are assembled and polished. This can hardly be called a “production line”: all parts are disposable.
